The first tutorial gives an introduction to e-portfolios as a powerful pedagogical tool in teacher training to foster Continuing Professional Development (CPD). E-portfolios offer the possibility to reflect on what is practiced and how we learn as learners and teachers so that we can become reflective practitioners.
Therefore, this section of my e-portfolio includes the STARTING POINT for my personal and professional reflection as a student, learner and teacher.
